I'm buying a house next month, and need someone to take over my lease asap. This is a nice deal at $525, and if I hadn't decided to buy, I'd stick around. Here's the details:
2 bedroom

fenced yard
dogs are ok
it's about 3 blocks north of Fairview off 5 Mile at the end of a cul de sac
I signed a 1- year lease in mid-March of this year, and you'd be taking that over.
I'm renting this place through Chapman Properties, and am just looking for someone to take over the lease - I'm not the landlord and have no say regarding whether or not you can move in - that's up to Chapman's. If you have questions about the place, or would like to come see it, my number is . When I rented the place in March, here's the deal they made me (and it'd probably be the same for you):
$525/month rent
$500 deposit (I think)
$40 application fee
The pet deposit was either $200 or $250... don't remember for sure.
At $525 a month, this is a great deal, and right now it's gonna go to the first person who signs the deal with Chapman's.
