The outside: Outside is in very great shape. It has good aluminum sides, good paint, suitable stripes, excellent tires, 30 amp power service, generator ready, gas heater, gas water heating unit, outside shower, great garage door, roofing system air, great awning, basement storage, sewer storage, and tip-out. The inside: The within is likewise in good shape. At the front of the camper is the tip-out. The tip-out has a king size bed on it. The canvas is in excellent shape and there is a upper cabinet. The bathroom is ideal across from the entry door. The bathroom has a shower, stool, sink, extra storage, and medicine cabinet. The kitchen is in the middle of the camper. The kitchen has a Norcold fridge/freezer, little kitchen, double sink with covers, gas range, Dometic microwave, radio and cabinets. In the back of the camper is 2 couches that both turn into bed. Above the sofas are additional cabinets. There are four tie downs two near the kitchen and 2 near the back door.Overall: The general shape of the camper is great however NOT perfect. I pulled the device about 175 miles and it pulled great. All the lights as well as the brakes are working. There are no smells or leaks. Please keep in mind this is a USED camper and is NOT perfect. The camper does have flaws. The outside defects are: The decals and stripes are removing, The fender cover is missing, the fender cover has a crack as well as there is typical wear. The flaws with the in are: Tire marks in the kitchen and regular wear.About the trailer: The trailer is 26' long.It does have a 30 amp power service.The trailer sleeps a total amount of 4 people.The bed sleeps 2 adults.The sofa sleeps 2 kids.It does have a roof air and furnace that works.Gas water heater.The dry weight is 4,398 lbs.The Toy Hauler door is length: 76 inches width: 90 inches.
